Sykes Fell is a 'semi-hard', delicately smooth, creamy cheese. This new product is hand crafted from pasteurised, fresh, pure Sheep's milk, locally sourced from 'Sheep's Milk UK' of Chipping, in the Forest of Bowland. Similar in body & texture to a Creamy Lancashire cheese.
