Following a personal recommendation by one of our most valued customers, John and Jules, proud owners of Churchmouse Cheeses, met with Raymond Blanc himself at his famous Michelin-starred restaurant Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons in Oxfordshire.
"Mr. Blanc recently had a meal with a neighbour who we had been supplying cheese to for almost eight years", says John. "He was so taken with our cellar-matured Creamy Lancashire, thinking it would be excellent for the breakfast table, that he has asked for an appointment so that we can run through some of our fabulous range of cheeses from the North of England."
