Next Level - Blacksticks Blue. Looks fabulous on a cheese wedding cake due to it's splendid orange colour. This is a creamy Blue Lancashire cheese from Butlers of Inglewhite.

Next level - Waterloo. Rich and creamy British brie handmade by Ann Wigmore.

Top Level - French Goat's Cheese Log. A small but perfectly formed little round to finish the cake off with!
