Bottom Level - A lovely Wensleydale cheese made by the Greenfields family. Slightly crumbly with a mild flavour. A good all rounder. You could also replace this cheese with a Crumbly Lancashire if you prefer for the same price.
Next Level - Channel Island Brie made in Somerset with rich Jersey and Guernsey milk. This makes for a golden buttercup paste and is delcious on crackers or warm bread.
Next Level - Allerdale. An unpasteurised goat's milk cheese from Wigton, Cumbria. Handmade by Carolyn Fairburn and her daughter Leonie. Firm textured with a delightful pure white colour.
Top Level - Gaperon - a garlic scented cheese from France with a dome shape. Perfect for lifting the height of the cake. Cows milk.
