Named after our friends luxury B&B in Sedbergh just down the road from our shop where we did the photoshoot for this glorious cake!

The latest addition to our range of Cheese Wedding Cakes, this is a rich and sumptous thing of beauty, full of flavour and posessing a timeless elegance.

This cake comes in around 6 kilos so will feed a party of around 60/75 guests.

Base Layer – Snowdonia Extra Mature Cheddar. Really tasty and bursting with flavour! This cheese comes in a black wax however, unless requested, I will take the wax off for you to make it easier for your guests to cut into. Pasteurised cow’s milk

Next Layer – Yorkshire Blue. Smooth, mild and intensely creamy blue cheese made by Judy Bell and her team in Thirsk, North Yorkshire. Pasteurised cow’s milk.

Next Layer – Delice de Cremiers. A decadent treat, this is a triple cream cheese from Burgundy made by adding cream and creme fraiche during the cheese making process. Rich and full flavoured and, as you would expect, superbly creamy! Unpasteuried cow’s milk, not suitable for vegetarians.

Next Layer – Tovey. Lovely little goat’s milk truckle from the award-winning Cumbrian Dairy, Thornby Moor. Unpasteurised goat’s milk, not suitable for vegetarians (we can always replace this with something else if you need it to be vegetarian)

Topper – The lovely little ensemble is topped off with a 200 gram Neufchatel Heart-Shaped Brie.
