Making a Purchace
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse through our Products, and click on any items that you wish to buy – this will place them into your shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on the Checkout link and you will be asked for billing and delivery address details.
Weights
All weights and prices are approximate because each order is cut to your specification upon receipt of order, therefore it is not possible to cost the pack until your order is cut and weighed. All products are stated in Kilograms.
Payment
We accept Credit Card, Debit Card payments via our payments provider PayPal.
Cards currently accepted include MasterCard, Maestro, Visa and PayPal.
You can book and reserve your wedding cake with a £25 deposit by selecting Bank Transfer on checkout. The remaining balance will be due 2 weeks prior to the wedding date.
Order Notes
Please note that all transactions will be carried out in GB Pounds Sterling. Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail complete with Transaction and Order Reference numbers.
We will not be held responsible for pricing errors due to software mal-functions, or human error. This website operates on an ‘invitation to treat’ basis and not as an ‘offer for sale’ as a result, Churchmouse Cheeses Ltd, reserves the right to decline orders for bulk or high-value purchases. These Terms & Conditions are subject to English law. We will try to solve any disagreements quickly and efficiently.
Delivery
We send all of our cakes out with FedEx on a guaranteed next day delivery basis. So, if your wedding is on a Saturday, we send the cheese out Thursday afternoon to be delivered to the venue on the Friday. They will need to refrigerate it overnight setting it up on the Saturday. With the best will in the world, and as much as we’d like to, we cannot travel round the whole country setting cakes up so you do need to ensure that the venue or someone within your wedding party will be happy to assemble the cake on the day. It’s really easy, we send out full written instructions and tons of photographs to help! If you are unsure about any aspect of our delivery system, please give us a call on 015242 76224 and we will do our best to help!
Islands and Highlands. Please note we may need to charge extra for delivery on certain heavy items. Please enquire before purchasing.

At this stage, you will be passed on to a Secure Order Processing page, your details will be encrypted by 128-bit industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to provide encryption of personal information such as your name, address and credit card details.

Returns Policy & Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a no fuss guarantee.
In accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive, you are entitled to cancel your order at any time within 7 days of receiving your goods. The cancellation period ends on the expiry of the period of 7 working days beginning with the day after the day on which you received the goods. If you wish to cancel an order under these terms, first contact us and then return your products unopened within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
As with other online retailers, we may charge a small restocking fee (to cover our outward postage and packaging and our restocking) if the product is not defective, or if you have simply ordered the wrong product.
